Established in 1968, HOM is one of the most innovative brands in the underwear world. The client encountered a common stumbling block: a limited customer pool. Most of the customers have stayed loyal to the brand for years, but the percentage of new customers was low. As a result, the company decided to open an online store in order to expand their corporate customer base and increase sales beyond the confines of their neighborhood.
